BHT recently was named the recipient of a $50,000 grant for implementing a Trauma Informed Approach into our Learning Cohort Training series. Currently, the main focus of our work is implementing whole-person care for the Medicaid population and is applicable to all demographics – cultural, ethnic, racial, age, income, disability, and more.

Cohort Payment Policy

Over the next three years, a Partner’s Pay-for-Reporting earnings from each of the three categories of work and will be based on a combination of selecting measures, then reporting on and meeting those measures. Additionally, Partners will be earning funds based on completing specific activities required by BHT and the HCA.
