*FINAL DATES ADDED* On September 25th & 26th, from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, BHT will be offering training on Motivational Interviewing. This two-day workshop will feature Casey Jackson, LICSW, MAC and cover Skills and Strategies for Working with Resistance and Facilitating Change. Participants are eligible for 12 CEU's.

Based on research in both Motivational Interviewing and Technology Transfer, this training is based on the physics of behavior change and how to effectively incorporate these skills into your professional role to foster sustained behavior change in the clients/customers you serve. The training will teach functional assessment skills in practical conversation and identifying the strategies to better engage clients and identify a focus for change more efficiently. Aside from a didactic approach, there will be video examples, audience participation, and skill practice.

While these training will be free, we ask that you please be thoughtful in your commitment to this training. We have already filled two full trainings and 100 spots. These will be the last 30 spots available for this year.
