Our Process
Our Health Champions provide insight into the needs of local communities. Our Leadership Council convenes to provide vision for our communities, brainstorm ways to improve our region’s health and synthesizes our strategic direction. The Board serves as the nimble governing body to keep our work moving forward. BHT staff provide support, acting as a convener and a driver of the community agenda.
